We entertain no return policy except for damaged goods/irregular fits. For this you have to file a request on our email Id, within 7 days since you receive the item that too if we have the required stock left in our inventory. 

To be eligible for a return, you must send a photo of the product received as soon as it's out of the box. Our team will go through the images to find out if the product was damaged in transit or are there any other reasons.

To initiate the exchange of item it must be mailed back to us with all the lables and packaging the way it was till you opened the product/s.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like framed artworks, only special cases will be entertained for example broken frames for  encapsulating the art with no damaged to the piece of art itself. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on art pieces( they are sold as one piece for one customer) although we assure you our packaging is sturdy, but this product is one of a kind in our inventory, so if the intellectual property is damaged there can be no return of replacement for the order.

We would definitely try and work things out if the problem is with framing and anything except for the piece of art.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
